How much is delivery?
Delivery to UK Mainland is £9.95 and FREE on orders over £250 (ex VAT).
Delivery surcharges may apply to the Highlands of Scotland, and in some cases lowland areas of Scotland, we will make contact to advise of any applicable charges as soon as possible once your order is placed. In some cases, specific carriage terms may apply to individual items, if applicable these are noted on the product pages.
How long will my order take?
Every item on our website shows the estimated delivery time, given in good faith.
We always try to deliver your items as quickly as possible!
When do you deliver?
Deliveries will be made during working hours, Monday to Friday. Unfortunately we cannot always provide an exact date at the time of ordering. For furniture items, you will usually receive a phone call a 1-2 days before delivery. Where do you deliver?
We deliver throughout the entire GB mainland. If there are any issues we will contact you as soon as possible once your order is placed. If you would like some advice regarding delivery before ordering, please do not hesitate to email our sales team at email@example.com or call on 0333 7777 575.
Shipments to Northern Ireland (BT Postcode) - Please note that due to changed rules as of 1st January 2020 there are some products that we are unfortunately unable to deliver to Northern Ireland. If you are based in Northern Ireland and have a product requirement, then please contact our sales team by mail to firstname.lastname@example.org or by phoning 0333 7777 575 with your enquiry. If you have already placed your order for delivery to Northern Ireland, then we will contact you to advise if we are able to ship and of any related shipping charges before it your order is processed, and payment confirmed. Thank you for your understanding.
Deliveries are made to the ground floor entrance of your premises as per standard transport practices. If delivery is to another floor, an optional installation fee will apply, which can be selected in the basket once the products have been added. If this option is not available, please do not hesitate to call our sales staff on 0333 7777 575 as we can usually get you a price for this.
Due to increased pressures on some delivery networks, delivery services may take slightly longer than usual. At present Next Day Pallet Deliveries in particular are affected to some areas and we have made notes against applicable products with further information where known.
Problems with deliveries
We use couriers for many of our items, and unfortunately damages can happen. If this is the case, please send us an email as soon as the item is received to email@example.com or call 0333 7777 575 and we will deal with this for you as a priority. If possible, please attach a photo of the damage to your email.
