Vepa is a Dutch family business committed to the sustainable and local production of office furniture. Founded in 1951, Vepa operates a 60,000m² factory in the Netherlands where all products are manufactured entirely in-house. With strong environmental values, Vepa is on a mission to become a fully waste-free company.

Vepa’s elaborate designs focus on circular production and innovative reuse, from office chairs and tables to storage pedestals and accessories. They source materials in remarkable ways – for example, collecting plastic bottles fished directly from the canals of Amsterdam, which are then cleaned, shredded, and transformed into PET felt for chair shells.

Each shell is made using hundreds of recycled PET bottles, turning waste into a premium product with minimal environmental impact. Available in Light Grey or Anthracite, the felt material is both strong and sustainable.
