Excellent product and very good value for money. Amazingly quick delivery time.
To make assembly easier do the bolts up loosely to start with, this gives some flexibility. Then when all in place tighten, each one a bit at a time.

Ordered yesterday before 2pm. arrived this morning 20.12.11. Assembly was very easy and the comfort of the chair is exeptional.
Would recommend this product to anyone who is thinking of buying this particular item.

Okay, I've only just got it and I was dreading that it was self assembly as I'm not the handiest of men but in less than half an hour I've got it set up and I'm sitting at my desk. Comfy as you like and excellent value for money. Highly recommended.

I found this chair quite easy to put together although a little bit of strength is required at times. It is particularly difficult to align the arm holes with the backrest after fitting them to the seat cushion. That's the bad
The good. It is very comfortable, particularly for me as I have a 'back' problem which gives me much pain. I find the 'lumber' support on the backrest great for aiding my comfort and easing my pain.
The chair looks good when assembled and I have no hesitation of recommending it.

NOTE FROM OFFICE FURNITURE ONLINE ADMINISTRATOR: If you're struggling to align the back holes with the arms, remember to watch the assembly video for a handy tip! Lie the back down on the seat and screw the bottom 2 holes in first, then lift the back, and the top holes will line up. Most important thing to remember - do not tighten all the screws up until they are all in their holes.

I brought this chair yesterday @ 1.30 and it arrived @ 9 this morning, Easy setup plus the tutorial is helpful on the website if needed and the chair is very comfortable...I would recommend this to anyone

I surfed the Internet looking for a replacement office chair and came across 'Officefurnitureonline'. I read the build quality and reviews and was surprised by the price. I paid a lot more for my last chair, which only lasted 6 months before it became a hazard. The Turin chair is of good build and quality and is far superior and more comfortable... this chair has padded arms!
I ordered the chair at 1.30pm and received it the next day at 9.10am. There are not many office furniture companies that offer 'Free' delivery.
All-in-All... Excellent value for money.... why pay more?

I have been looking for a chair for a while! when i came across the reviews i thought i would give this a try. the chair is well-priced, comfortable and easy to setup. I just recieved it an hour ago, set it up in 25 minutes, prepared lunch and i am now enjoying my chair and the sweet lunch at ago. I'm writing this review sitting in my new chair. The day after I ordered the chair, it arrived. I followed the video guide and had no problem with assembling it. It took me about 20 minutes. It is quite easy but it doesn't look very likely to assemble it in under six minutes unless you did it before.
It's very comfortable and it made working in front of my computer more fun than before. I think for this price it's a great and I'd recommend it to anyone.

Delivery Service excellent. Being an engineer, I found assembly no problem, but would recommend watching of video first. The chair is well made, very comfortable and amazing value for money. Purely on a personal note I did find it a tad low,even on highest setting, so have mounted seat on its predecessor's gas lift, which has a higher setting,and suits me better

22 Hours to arrive, 22 Minutes to assemble following online instructions, A bit fiddly doing the arms but i put the chair on its side,much easier. Price and Quality very good in my opinion.

Good price, next day delivery and yes it's smart AND comfortable. Easy to assemble (with the handy video instructions to pause stage by stage if you want) - the only fiddly bit was screwing in the first upper screw from the arm to the backrest where it helps to have someone hold the back steady in the right position so you can see the hole in which to screw. Very pleased with it.

When I unpacked my Turin chair I found that the leather on the seat pad was faulty. I emailed customer services and got an immediate apology and a replacement pad was despatched. Much to my surprise, it arrived on a Sunday!
The chair now looks great, it was easy to assemble and good value for money.

The turin chair delivered very Quickly, very easy to assemble, top quality and really comfortable, no more stiff necks, glad to get rid of my old computer chair. I wish I'd found the Turin earlier.

Yes the other reviews are true!! Well worth buying, comfortable, sturdy, great value for money - arrived in 24 hours from order - takes about 20 mins to put together - much easier with 2 people to "line up " the screws from the arms to the back, ( as others have said -- leave the arms screws loose till you line up the back ) apart from that fine.

Much better than my office chair at work !

Very comfortable chair, and very good value.

However it took me 40 minutes to put together. The screws on the side were a nightmare to get into the right holes because they weren't really long enough. I should say that I am new to self-assembly though.

I would advise using the video instructions on here rather than the paper ones that come with the chair.

I have had this chair for 11 months delighted with it - comfortable and looks good.
A few weeks ago the lift started to lose gas. I contacted, by e-mail, customer services who replied immediately and said a replacement gas cyliner would be ordered and dispatched. Fitting instructions were mailed and the cylinder arrived by express delivery the next day. This chair is as good as they say and it is seldom one receives service such as this these days. Well done to you all..
