excellent value, very comfortable and solid chair, super-fast delivery and efficient customer service, easy to understand instructions, all components clearly labelled in the box. fully built in under 10 minutes. would suggest its suitable for both the home and office environment. only minor fault I would make is that the armrests don't go right back to support your elbows (but thats me being fussy!) Not suitable for small desk use because it quite a wide and bulky chair, all features advertised work brilliantly. More suitable for the heavy/big user. I'm 18+ stone and it feels fully stable bearing my weight!

Relatively easy to put together and when I needed help, it was there in abundance. Strong, heavy construction, a chair that's obviously designed to last. Although (as the delivery driver pointed out) it can give you a bad back carrying the box!

Helpful telesales staff recommended this for my wife who is a writer and often sits at her computer for hours. Our hunt for a comfy and supportive chair is at an end! Free next-day/day after that (depending on time of order) delivery by courteous courier. The chair oozes quality compared to others we've tried in all price brackets. All the adjustments that you could ever need, including height and width for the arm rests. Take time when assembling. It is a heavy product so some people might find it useful to ask a friend to help. Note that the control handles for the height and tilt levers slide on tongue-and-groove style. It is essential to line them up before pushing home. Highly recommended.

I spoke to Kate over the phone, she was really helpful - although if anyone tries using the Live Chat assistant this did seem to keep ending a conversation prematurely!

Resorted to using the phone - Kate was great, I had to take her advice on how comfy these are as buying online meant i couldn't try them out like i would normally want to, especially as i was buying so many.

She wasn't wrong, really well built and very comfy worth every penny! I have had chairs costing twice as much that weren't as good - so great value for money. Plenty of adjustments. I shopped around for best price , and these guys were able to give me a great deal.

The only minor thing is you don't seem to be able to lock the back from moving backwards if you lean back, there is plenty of tension in the back support so it's not really a problem, just a bit of getting used to. Ordered on Thursday late afternoon and it arrived on Tuesday (after a Bank Holiday) so very happy with that. The chair is very comfortable and easy to put together. As with other reviewers, I think it would have been helpful to have an instruction leaflet for the various adjustments (or something on the website), but I figured it out with the help of trial and error and previous reviewers comments. Overall I am very pleased with the chair, the service and the price.

Delivered next day as promised. Loads of features and adjustments (like lumbar support adjustment) I've only seen on more expensive chairs. It's well made, easy to assemble, and looks good too.

Only minor complaint is lack of leaflet explaining how to adjust everything.

Chair is very easy to assemble and is very comfortable. Our office looks like the bridge of the Starship Enterprise.

Firstly, I ordered this chair and a desk on Friday and it was delivered Monday - very impressed. The chair is very, very easy to put together and easy to adjust/control once built; despite no instructions telling you how. A simple twist of the right lever (underneath the seat) controls the height and a twist of the left lever controls the recline - At first I thought they were push up/down levers but they are twist - which is a nice touch actually.

In terms of comfort, you won't find a more comfortable office chair - trust me, I've tried all sorts - large and small leather, faux suede, operators chairs, kneeler chairs, etc. etc. This is the best by far.

I placed my order yesterday, Very pleased chair came today as promised. After reading reviews and going into central London department stores to check out same type of chairs, Im very happy with my new chair, I spend a good deal of time working at my desk. Therefore comfort is important for me.
This chair is a real comfort, the build is well constructed, the mesh is a good design concept, I hope it holds up. The price is very good, you will be hard pushed to find this design and comfort in the high street stores. Or any other web site (I have done my research).

All in all pleased With my decision at "Office Furniture" staff and delivery no problem. hope to order something else soon.

Ordered 2 of these chairs for my home office for me and my other half. First of all this is the first time I have heard of, and used, Office Furniture Online. Very happy with the prices and speedy delivery of the items.
I have just finished making the first chair and am sitting on it now while writing this review. I already had a pretty decent chair, but it was around 10 years old and was becoming a bit shabby, and noisy! The new chair is great for the price and I'm happy I bought it (them). The chair is pretty straight forward to assemble, but the instructions do not explain anything at all about the functionality of the chair which I find strange. I have managed to figure out most of what it is capable of, but what is the circular turny thing (technical term) on the bottom of the base used for?
I gave it 4 stars rather than 5 because of the poor documentation supplied with the chair.

The chair is heavy, well constructed and extremely comfortable with easy adjustments and good assembly instructions.

Using the Chair for a while now, I have discovered that the normal PC Chair facilities on the under carriage, you have a lever that you pull out enabling the back to recline back and forth by the movement of you body and to lock that facility you push the lever in. This particular Chair, as you sit in the same position as the normal chairs. But on the Left hand side you have an additional lever. This you have the option to set the backrest in 4 positions by clicking the lever down, if you push the lever all the way, the back will keep in the free reclining position as you rock back and forth. Hope extra info helps. I still love the Chair to bits. Geoff.

Suffering from severe back trouble for most of my life, I need a chair that can support me from top to toe. This chair does it for me. The Quality is of high standard for the price, believe me you will not get a better chair for that price. Easy to assemble and the packaging was fantastic. Brian, the chap that spoke to me over the phone was very helpful, so many thanks to him. I had to pay a trifle more postage as I live on an Island, but still received it the following day. Great stuff all round. Leaving me a happy chap, Geoff.

Easy to put together. It does exactly what it says it will, and having sat on it for hours at a time I also know it's very comfortable. It's much cheaper then any other highstreet store or online ordering, and it's free home delivery.
Definitley recommended!!!
