Every now and then company executives take a look around the office and realise that it needs some care and attention. When it comes to refurbishing and office it is all too easy for managers to opt for looks over comfort. Executive chairs are one thing; because of the extra padding etc they do tend to give the support that you need when you are sat in front of a computer all day. Not everyone in the office has an executive chair; they don’t need to look so impressive. However, what they do need are comfortable chairs that support their bodies in the right areas.
Staff attitude and productivity is affected by their working conditions, and this includes the desks they sit at and the chairs they sit on. Office chairs should have proper back support and arm rests, the height should also be adjustable. It is recommended that when you sit in front of a computer the top of your head should be level with the top of the computer monitor. If you want your workforce to look as bright and beautiful as your new paint job then it is up to you to ensure that they have the right kind of chairs.
